1. Biceps Curl
With palms facing forward and holding a pair of dumbbells at sides, sit with your legs hip-width apart. Bend your elbows and curl the weights towards your shoulders without moving your upper arms. Lower the dumbbells slowly, with a controlled move, until you reach the starting position. Do 10-15 reps.
2. Lunge & Biceps Curl
Holding a dumbbell in each hand, stand with your legs hip-width apart and take a big step back with your right leg, while crossing it behind keeping your hips facing forward. Lower down while bending knees until the right knee is slightly above the floor. Now, at the same time, bend your elbows and bring the weights towards your shoulders while keeping your elbows pointing down. As you come to starting position, step through left heel. Do 10 reps on each side.
3. Upright Row
Start by standing with your legs hip-width apart. Arms should be resting in front of your body, holding a dumbbell in each hand. Lift the dumbbells by raising your elbows until you reach your chest’s level. With a slow, controlled move lower the weights down to your waist. Do 10-15 reps.
4. Triceps Kickback
Start by standing with feet two fists width apart with your knees bent. Slowly lean forward, holding a dumbbell in each hand and your elbows on your sides at a 90-degree angle. Straighten your arms by pressing the dumbbells back and up, squeezing your triceps. Slowly release. Do 10-15 reps.
5. Rear Delt Fly
Stand with your legs hip-width apart and knees slightly bent. With your palms facing your body, hinge at the hips and let your arms hang down from your shoulders. Raise both arms in a W shape, squeezing shoulder blades together. Slowly release. Do 10-15 reps.
